Artehouse® Storefront Generator (2006-2008) Planning, layout, and user design development for $650k "web storefront generator software" linked to 50,000+ image database that features user framing options and back-end tracking capabilities. Visual design of dozens of affinity-branded front-end shells for licensors including Fender Guitar, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Air Age Media, General Motors, Ford Motor, Primedia Group, Dodge, Chrysler, and Ducati.
Wood Sign Division Launch (2007-2008) Supervised the design and product development of 300 exquisite customizable wood signs for wholesale gift market in nine month period. Art directed thematic categories, art acquisitions, product design, and all marketing materials, resulting in over $480k wholesale sales in first year. Extensive 64+ page catalog design and production in five week cycles.
Ford Motor/Shelby Automotive (2006-2008) Launched a series of collectable sales enhancement products for automotive industry. Supervised photography and production of 64-page book and dozens of celebrity-signed framed print programs and related online and printed marketing materials resulting in $950k in sales over two years.
Tesla Motors Apparel (2008) Design, production, and supervision of manufacturing of apparel program for dealer showrooms and web retail sales. $50k account.
2003-2010 Preggers n’ Proud.com, Santa Barbara, CA Co-owner of successful maternity apparel website launch. Managed all interface and product design, advertising and celebrity tie-in marketing, which resulted in zero to $200k sales growth in first 28 months. All HTML and CSS coding and editing, email marketing, and manufacturing supervision.
2001-2005 Silverander Communications Senior Designer for full service design and advertising agency with primarily education and engineering sector accounts. Handled interface and web design, extensive photography and photo research, and book cover and catalog design/production. Clients included Grolier USA, Greenwood Publishing, Sage Publishing, ABC-CLIO, CMC Rescue, Pacifica Institute, and University of California. Accomplishments included: Greenwood/ABC-CLIO Publishing (2002-2005) Design and production of hundreds of book jackets for large publishing houses and extensive catalog design over four year period. Created streamlined pre-press flow with remote printers resulting in smooth product flow, reduced costs and highest level product quality for both publishing clients.

1996-2000 Portofino/Flavia Group Design Director for high-volume international publishing and licensing agency. Directed design staff of 6-12, and hired and supervised freelancers, illustrators, and photographers. Design of highly decorative merchandise programs including books, journals, home furnishings, textiles, photographic and illustrative card lines, specialty gift items, photo albums, and mass market paper products.
